Claudine Sherron has been a business owner and entrepreneur for more than 30 years owning various businesses primarily in the construction service industries. As an attorney, she has dedicated her practice to the representation of business owners who are struggling to navigate the sometime impossible world of business in California. She has defended clients against various litigation claims including class action and PAGA (Private Attorney General Act of 2004) claims. She approaches each client with proven strategy methods geared to provide protection against claims and ease the day to day burden of business. Claudine’s real estate experience began in 1992 when she first obtained her real estate salesperson license. From that time forward, she had been involved in construction and real estate and can safely guide you through any transaction including, purchases, sales, leasing or landlord/tenant issues. When not working with clients, Claudine enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her horses.
Theresa Mason, Esq.
Theresa Mason is a licensed attorney in the State of California, with her career focused on supporting businesses since 2010. Theresa has experience in employment law, ADA defense, and health care law. She represents employers, consistently working towards early resolution of all claims and meeting client needs in administrative investigations, hearings, and litigation.
Theresa earned her Juris Doctorate degree from San Francisco Law School in 2009 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University Chico in 2000. While in law school she received the Honorable Patricia Herron and Honorable Ellen James Scholarship in recognition of her achievement of her work and involvement in the Contra Costa County Legal Community and Women’s Legal Issues and received the Witkin Award for Civil Procedure. When Theresa is not passionately advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and cooking.
Harpreet Singh, Esq.
Harpreet Singh is a California State Bar licensed attorney. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global in June 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Suma Cum Laude Honor from California State University Stanislaus in December 2010.
He has been a small business owner since his early 20s mainly working as a business broker in a family business. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He has an understanding of various small businesses from an operational and financial perspective.
He has socially involved with different business associations acted as their board member mainly Central Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Salida Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Community Advisor to Ceres Police Chief Advisor Council and a Community Member for Stanislaus County Economic Development Action Committee. He hosts Sikh American Awareness events under his non-profit Western Singh Foundation. When he is not in the legal bubble, he likes to watch movies, attend social events, keep track of news, and volunteer at different non-profits.
Lisa Cook, Senior Paralegal
Lisa Cook grew up in the Bay Area of California and now resides in the Central Valley. She attended University of Phoenix where she earned her B.A. in English. Ms. Cook later attended Blackstone School of Law where she earned her degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Cook began her legal career in 1990 and has worked in many areas of law including Criminal Defense, Civil/Personal Injury, Family Law and Immigration. As Litigation Paralegal, Ms. Cook assists the attorneys in all phases of a case, from beginning to end. Ms. Cook is the main point of contact in our office and ensures that each client gets the proper attention. In her spare time, Ms. Cook enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include: baking, sewing, painting, and golfing. Ms. Cook is also a Notary Public and licensed Realtor.
Yadira Maldonado, Legal Assistant
Yadira is a local resident who has grown up and attended school in Turlock. Yadira began working with The Sherron Law Firm in the Summer of 2016, as Receptionist. Due to her determination and drive, she has advanced to legal assistant and is currently working on her paralegal studies to become a certified paralegal. Yadira handles most of the client communication and scheduling for the firm. She is the forward-face of the firm and is often the first person you will meet. Her hobbies are spending time with her son, family and friends.
